万宝盛华集团近日宣布任命François Lancon为亚太及中东地区（APME）总裁，自2019年1月1日起生效。
Lancon将负责万宝盛华在APME地区的所有关联品牌和产品——万宝盛华Manpower、万宝瑞华 Experis、睿仕管理Right Management和万宝盛华集团综合解决方案 ManpowerGroup Solutions。加入万宝盛华之前，他曾在甲骨文(Oracle)领导亚太区业务，负责25个国家的增长、业绩和盈利。
在加入Oracle之前，Lancon曾在SAP，Nortel/Avaya和Convergys担任高级区域领导职位，加速了欧洲、北美和亚洲的转型并扩大了市场份额。他的职业生涯始于IBM法国，担任软件工程师，并在该公司工作了十年，在法国和美国担任过多个领导和销售职位。
Lancon取代了领导APME地区四年的Ram Chandrashekar。 Chandrashekar将专注于卓越运营、技术和转型执行副总裁的职责。两人都将向董事长兼首席执行官Jonas Prizing汇报工作。

(Dec.5, 2018, /staffingindustry.com/)ManpowerGroup today announced the appointment of François Lancon as Regional President, Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME), effective January 1, 2019.
Lancon will oversee all ManpowerGroup's connected brands and offerings across the APME region -- Manpower, Experis, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions. He joins ManpowerGroup from Oracle where he led the APAC business, responsible for growth, performance and profitability across 25 countries.
Prior to his position at Oracle, Lancon held senior regional leadership positions at SAP, Nortel / Avaya and Convergys, accelerating transformation and growing market share in Europe, North America and Asia. He began his career at IBM in France as a software engineer and held multiple leadership and sales positions in France and the US in his ten years with the company.
Lancon replaces Ram Chandrashekar who has led the APME region for four years. Chandrashekar will now fully focus on his role as Executive VP of Operational Excellence, Technology and Transformation across ManpowerGroup's 80 countries and territories. Both will report to Jonas Prising, Chairman & CEO.
